Tooth decay is the number one
childhood disease. On Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2005, as part of the
national month-long Children's Dental Health Month (CDHM),
dentists, hygienists and dental assistants are volunteering
their time that day to perform a wide range of dental services
to children ages 12 and under at about 20 sites throughout the
state. Adults & Kids Dental Care is proud to be one of them.

To provide one day of FREE preventative and
emergency dental care, and, if necessary, to make referrals for
continuing treatment for needy children ages 12 and under as
part of National Children's Dental Health Month. |

| Treatments and
Services Offered |
|
Treatments and services offered include dental
exams, fluoride treatments, X-rays, emergency care, referrals,
oral healthcare instruction, and free oral hygiene kits that
include toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste and instructional
pamphlets |

Information |
|
All children will need a signed
parental consent form,
and the child's medical history (mandatory), and dental history
(if available). Also, all visits must call 732-264-8001 to
schedule appointment prior to arrival. |
